Live Room

Live Room

The live room at Humm is 9x5 metres, big enough for a band or ensemble to record together comfortably. All the instruments and amps are for use and included in our rates, you see the full list here.

Humm has a ‘Drumbrella’, a moveable ceiling panel that we can lower to deaden and dry up drums or leave open for that big rock drum sound.

All the rooms at Humm are interconnected with audio tie lines, speaker ties and ethernet running audio and video playback. Each room has a monitor screen boasting a 1ms response time, slaved off a dedicated secondary monitor in the control room, perfect for any audio to visual work. There is also line of sight between the live room and control room and air conditioning in every room.
